A solid, quiet machine.l like it better than the more expensive one it replaced. My son is an industrial designer and he got his interest in quality and workmanship from me. Me ? I got it from my own father,who was a top -notch old -school machinist. I like to think I can spot poor design and workmanship from a distance.Even close up, I still like my Frigidaire. Hope to keep it a while.

Our first Frigidaire appliance was a window room air conditioner which served us well for 15 years, no problems and this is why we chose to stay with Frigidaire when our old one from 15 years ago stopped working in June of this year. So far we are very happy with our new one and hope it serves us well and problem free for another 15 years!

This unit simply freezes out the competition! This is the fifth or sixth Frigidaire window unit that we™™ve purchased. One that was purchased back in the early 1970™™s is still working effectively! I plan to purchase another one of these soon! This baby really, really cools!

Has worked very well so far. Makes a pretty concerning noise whenever it shuts off that lasts about 1 second. Not sure if that noise indicates some sort of future problem or not, for the time being I am not too concerned. The actually AC works well though and I appreciate its features + having a remote for it.

I have to say that I am so proud of my Frigidaire 12,000 BTU A/C. This air-conditioner cools my entire 1 BR apartment. If I let it run for about 2 hours and shut if off, I can enjoy and relax in a comfortably cool space during this heat wave we've been having. So if you're looking for a reasonably price cooling device, you've hit the jackpot. You most certainly won't be disappointed!

We love the air conditioner. It was super easy to install. It really is built sturdy and not plasticy. It cools our room really fast and all the features are easy to choose from. Glad we made the choice to get this. Really worth it.

This ac unit works very nice. Good cold air. I use it to cool my bottom floor of a two story house. It does the job very well. I hope this one last longer than my 2021 unit that was the same model as this one but stopped cooling after two and a half years. It cost to much to fix, instead buy a new one.

Purchased 12000 BTU window unit last May and used it May-August 2023. Stored it in bag, in the box ,in the garage for the winter, Installed again this May and it does not blow cold air. My warranty is expired by 6 days and they will not send service due to the model. Now I have to purchase a new A/C after using it for only 4 months. Of course I will not purchase another Frigidaire and I don't recommend you purchase one either.

Purchased for upstairs where there is no venting. The A/C works great, looks good and cools the 525 sq ft area sufficiently. I would recommend the Frigidaire A/C and would buy again.

Very disappointed loyal customer. I have two Frigidaire refrigerators, two A/C units on one floor, (they work great) and this unit on another floor. So I just bought another Frigidaire A/C unit 2 weeks ago, and bought another one yesterday to be delivered tomorrow, but I cancelled that order. Because this unit I bought on 4/16/23, used it last summer, and then when I turned it on again around 5/20/24 it does not work. It does not blow cold air. It is in "cool" mode but no cool air. Sounds like the compressor is not turning on. Also, the temp setting will not go down past 62 degrees. It's supposed to go down to 60. But it is not blowing cold air anyway. I called Frigidaire CS and was told it's one month past warranty and the rep can't do anything other than send me some form so I can plead for some special consideration for a repair or replacement. They should stand by their product! I guess I should have tried to turn it on a month ago before the year was up So unfortunately, I cancelled my latest order and I guess I'll have to look into another brand.

We ordered 2 air condtioners, 10,000btu and 12,000btu. The 12,000btu is dented on the top--a very visible dent that happened at the factory, as there is box is not severely dented in, and the packing styrofoam is fine. We are going to put in the window, and hope it works. If not, I hope Frigidaire will give us a free replacement!

Right after installing it in it cooled the room 15 degrees in 20 minutes. We are very cool and comfortable and have been enjoying it for the past week. The only setback is it can be noisy and it makes it hard to hear our tv but it™™s really not a big deal.

I had a larger BTU Frigidaire window unit and it lasted many years. Still worked when I replaced it with a new Frigidaire window unit. However in two different bedrooms, I put two other brands. The digital board on each would not work after a couple of years but they worked with the remotes. Just replaced one of those two with this Frigidaire 12000BTU. Next I will be replacing the other not named brand with a Frigidaire next year.
