This room air conditioner is fabulous! It has 4 modes: Eco ( turns off when the set temperature is reached), Cool, Fan Only, and Dry (cools and takes out excess room moisture like a dehumidifier)! It also has 4 fan speeds, a sleep timer, and a dirty filter notification light. It easily cools three south-facing rooms (LR, DR and kitchen) at the same time and it's sleek exterior is nice looking and easy to keep clean. I highly recommend this air conditioner!!

We bought this AC to replace our lower BTU unit hoping it would cool down our 500 or so square foot living room and it™™s been great! The WiFi feature is such a treat. I can turn it up or down whenever I™™m not home, it™™s been a life saver in the brutal NYC heat!

I™™m very happy with the performance of this particular unit as it is able to handle cooling a large living room and the kitchen as well. This thing has saved our hides this summer. The PNW has been getting hotter, and no one has central A/C. Short of a heat-pump, this is about as good as a person can do to cool their house. The remote and controls via app are extremely handy as well.

Our optimal site for a window unit is narrow; most units won't fit. Of those that would, the Frigidaire had good reviews and could be shipped promptly and returned to the local Home Depot if need be. Installation was simple; it was plugged in and cooling our living room in minutes. I strongly recommend this unit. Some will say it is noisy; I have no comparison, but I expected it to make sounds. No free lunch.The Frigidaire website, however, is abysmal. All I want to know is which filters to buy. Simple question. Circular time-waster. No answer. I choose not to let this disappointment cloud my 5-star rating for the unit. It's a dandy.

This Frigidaire 10000 BTU AC is very efficient. It cools very quickly the area that I'm having it to cool. It was simple and quick to hook to my Wi-Fi and I also control it with Alexa. You can access it from anywhere with the Frigidaire app and you can access pretty much all of the controls with Alexa. It was also very easy to install.

This unit was easy to install and is working well in our 1-br apartment. We ordered from Amazon after reading good reviews there and on Wirecutter. Initial shipment via Amazon stopped tracking in New Jersey. (Fans of ™The Sopranos™ will chuckle at that.) After a week™™s delay, with no further shipping info available to or from Amazon support, they ordered another shipment via UPS. The unit was delivered 2 days later, just in time for the current heat wave. We™™re very happy with its performance, and with the way Amazon and Frigidaire handled the disappearance of the initial shipment.

We needed a small unit to fit a small window but still needed the power of 10,000 btu. This Frigidaire is perfect. It runs great, a perfect fit and we love the Wi-Fi feature. It's so much nicer being able to adjust temperature and speed while not at home. When I know I'm headed to home base, I make things just a little cooler before I arrive home, so nice.

I have several Frigidaire ACs and find them all dependable. I like this model as it had actual buttons on the control panel and a large remote. I was looking at one other model with the new compressor, but after reading reviews, I decided to stay with what I know works. I have not been disappointed. As far as the other model I would strongly suggest that more field testing be done before things are put out to consumers. It made be have reservations about purchasing this model, but my previous purchases helped me to choose Frigidaire again.

I purchased this for a mobile home I use on some weekends in the summer. It does a great job at cooling the area and with the Frigidaire app I am able to turn it on a few hours before I get there. That is an extreme convenience and it was so easy to setup.

I straightened the fins with plastic teeth flossing picks to get the best air flow. The WiFi registration did not work so I registered online. We have ac12000 byu window unit in our living room window that seems to work ok.
